Problem

Sorenson, a B2B SaaS platform with a user base exceeding 500 million, specializes in providing language communication services to the deaf community. The company recently underwent a significant executive-level transition and expressed the need to rebrand and revamp its go-to-market (GTM) strategy. A major obstacle confronting Sorenson was the inherent resistance to change. Having operated in a consistent manner for over two decades, the organization now faced the collective challenge of orchestrating a directional shift. The complexity was compounded by the general aversion to radical change, as individuals and entities adapt to change in varying ways, rendering the problem even more formidable to address.

Solution

Leveraging our extensive experience in the SaaS/Telecom space, we were already well connected to the talent that was needed to help make this shift.
