Chris Edward Consulting approached me when I wasn’t even looking for a job and was happy with my current position. But unlike a lot of recruiters online, they actually did their homework by looking at my profile and matching up a job that I would enjoy. There’s nothing more annoying than a recruiter hitting you up for a job that you would clearly not apply for and, oh by the way, if you’re not interested, please let me know if you know anyone who would be. Frankly, I don’t have time for that and if you know the industry you would know there are too many jobs chasing too few people, so every company is looking for qualified people. Anyway, They were very pleasant to work with and completely honest about the position.
