About Them

 20+ yrs. In the SW & HW space of Channel programs & strategy experience across complex, fast-paced global environments in both established and new build Channel ecosystems. He has experience in different areas of tech (SaaS, HW Vendors & distribution), which has allowed him to build programs & the strategy from scratch and work in a very fast-paced environment with other cross-functional teams. Built out KPIs and strategic programs to increase channel productivity. He understands the channel business and how important it is for organizational success.

  • New Routes to Market – Built, and enhanced additional routes to markets such as
    Distribution, DMR/NSP, AWS Private Offer/ CPPO, and currently developing a pilot for the Agency
    model.
  • Wrote and/or participated heavily in the contract and teaming agreements for each of the partner types to maximize efficacy and manage risk.
  • Generated $12M TCV and continues to grow at an accelerated rate.
  • Channel Program, Tools, Policy and Process | GTM Strategy, Planning, Enablement & Operations
