A Sr. AV Service Tech with 10+ yrs. of experience Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing/maintaining all Crestron, Logitech, and Microsoft software and equipment, providing technical guidance and training to other team members and end users, along with preparing and developing technical documentations for the team.

This individual is highly reliable and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. In conversations with various tech professionals, we often observe inconsistencies in their ability to complete projects. However, rather than expressing frustration, this individual proactively assesses situations and focuses on finding effective solutions for our customers.
