Monitor/audit video conference and multipurpose rooms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Crestron Tool Box, Tesira, and other utility software/programs
Document/log AV-related issues with Symphony and ServiceNow
Maintain and update AV device firmware such as Crestron Touch Panels, Creston Flex Systems (NUCs), and other devices as necessary
Provision and deploy new AV devices as necessary, both in-room and in IDFs
