Currently thriving as an On-Site Support Technician, where his core competencies lie in remote troubleshooting and audiovisual (AV) systems integration, ensuring seamless operation and user experience in video-conference and multipurpose rooms.

He is 3 yrs. Into the AV integration space and comes from the Live Event background. He is currently in his early 30s, and while he is not a seasoned Service Tech, he has the right personality and work ethic to impact a business. He is very responsive and eager to learn more and join an organization that is looking for young talent who sees this as a true career, not a job.

Points

  • Monitor/audit video conference and multipurpose rooms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Crestron Tool Box, Tesira, and other utility software/programs
  • Document/log AV-related issues with Symphony and ServiceNow
  • Maintain and update AV device firmware such as Crestron Touch Panels, Creston Flex Systems (NUCs), and other devices as necessary
  • Provision and deploy new AV devices as necessary, both in-room and in IDFs
