We have all had managers who have been very supportive, and you thank them everyday for being there with you through the good and the bad. We have also had the managers where we literally scratch our heads wondering why they ever got hired! At the end of the day we need good managers as they are the ones that can push our careers in the right direction to not only have an impact on your professional career, but your personal as well.
When looking into your next career move, one of the biggest, maybe most important things to consider is who you will be working for.

- Patient (Very Very Key)
- Motivating
- Wouldn’t ask you to do anything that they themselves wouldn’t do
