We had an outstanding last couple of years, and it is not slowing down. We finished @ 111% for 2021, 142% for 2022, 153% for 2023, and currently at 136% for 2024

What We Are Looking For

A Jr. Sales Associate, which is our Sourcing position, is the 1st step into becoming a Client Manager.

  • High level of customer service mindset
  • Mentally tough-minded, accountable, driven, and money motivated.
  • Experience making prospecting cold calls.
  • Would prefer 3+ years of sales experience in any field, in a Business Development/hunter role achieving 100% or higher to sales targets.
  • This is a fast-paced people environment, so you will have to be okay with being uncomfortable and being okay operating without always having the answers.
  • Strong work ethic, competitive, with hustle and coachability.

Day & a Life as a Sourcer:

  • Leverage LinkedIn | LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM to connect & prospect existing & new talent in the market using different outreach methods, such as video messaging, text, email, and cold calling.
  • Asking people for referrals on candidates who could be fits for clients’ needs.
  • Help coordinate all screening calls between our Client Managers & Candidates who are interested & qualified based on Job Descriptions.
  • Support Client Manager on building Client & Talent Email List in CRM for target drip email campaigns
  • Actively check the career pages in your space to see who is hiring and who they are looking for, and put them in our Job Board Doc for the team to see.
  • Actively engaging on LinkedIn, building your own brand around the company brand, and connecting with hiring authorities & talent on LinkedIn to grow your LinkedIn.
