We are a Minority Owned Talent Acquisition Consulting firm founded in 2016, helping organizations nationally identify Top Talent in the Unified Communications, Building Technologies, & Physical Security space for Integration/Construction Technology, Hardware and SaaS Companies. We had an outstanding last couple of years, and it is not slowing down. We finished @ 111% for 2021, 142% for 2022, 153% for 2023, and currently at 136% for 2024

What we offer

  • Compensation: $40K – $60K base salary with FIRST year On Target Earnings (OTE) between $75K – $130K
  • Sellers in 2nd yr. have earned between $150K – $200K
  • Profit Sharing Participation + Healthcare + Fitness Stipend

What We Are Looking For

An Inside Account Executive (Client Manager), which is a very strategic selling|closing role.

  • High level of customer service mindset.
  • Mentally tough-minded, accountable, driven, and is money motivated.
  • Experience making prospecting cold calls.
  • Would prefer 3+ years of sales experience in any field, in a Business Development/hunter role achieving 100% or higher to sales targets.
  • This is a fast-paced people environment, so you will have to be okay with being uncomfortable and being okay operating without always having the answers.
  • Strong work ethic, competitive, with hustle and coachability.

Day & a Life as a Recruiter

In this role, you will be strategically advising and helping C-Level/mid-level leadership and owners, recruit the best talent and help them tell their story to attract the right talent.

  • Responsible for understanding the industry landscape and market trends assigned to you.
    Develop your own book of business and manage existing clients assigned to you, along with handling leads passed your way.
  • Run discovery calls with clients to understand their current and future hiring needs and advise throughout the process.
  • Manage the negotiation process between clients and candidates and be responsible for negotiating salary packages.
  • Actively engaging on LinkedIn, building your own brand around the company brand, and connecting with hiring authorities & talent on LinkedIn to grow your LinkedIn connection.
  • Collaborating with CEC Sourcers on jobs for clients where we need talent.
  • Screen and present best matches to clients for open job orders.
